These terms govern your use of the Sheger Real Estate website and any property reservation or purchase made through us. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
All property details, images, floor plans, and prices shown on this website are for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, dimensions, finishes, and availability may change. Final details will be confirmed at the time of signing a purchase agreement.
All displayed prices include 15% VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a reservation agreement is signed. The 10% early bird discount applies to the first batch of buyers and may be withdrawn at any time.
A reservation is confirmed only after signing a purchase agreement and paying the initial deposit (25%). Subsequent payments follow the construction milestone schedule outlined in the agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the purchase agreement.
Estimated completion dates are projections and may be affected by factors beyond our control including material supply, weather, regulatory approvals, and force majeure events. We will communicate any schedule changes promptly.

Sheger Real Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on the information provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa.
